Before we start… Launching a product is hard. Luckily our friends at Hubspot launched this free guide on how to have a successful Go To Market. Yours to grab here:
Your GTM Has a Weak Spot. Find It.
Your go-to-market feels stuck. Most of the time, nothing is broken. One or two things are just quietly costing you momentum.
Drop your URL. The free GTM Audit reads your site, pricing, and competitors, scores four dimensions, and hands you a 90-day fix list.
10 minutes. No guessing.
Your 30 second cheat sheet
What happened: Claude can now code your videos (everyone know that by now). Anthropic opened Claude Motion in beta, and builders get the same results in Claude Code with free skills.
Price: Motion comes with Team and Enterprise plans. The open-source skills are free.
Use it when: you need launch clips or animated charts in your brand.
Skip it when: you need real footage or real people. None of this generates camera footage.
Your next video is a web page (what?)
Every frame in the Claude videos flooding your feed is code. No camera and no video model. Just HTML, CSS and Javascript.
On October 8, Anthropic opened Claude Motion on Team and Enterprise plans.
You describe the animation, Claude writes code that moves your text and charts, and you export an MP4.
Builders without those plans do it in Claude Code with HyperFrames, HeyGen's free, open-source renderer.
It plays a web page frame by frame in a hidden browser, then stitches the frames into a video. It's past 72,000 GitHub stars.
Why now? Animation is just code, and code is what Claude is best at. Creator Charlie Hills calls motion graphics the biggest jump he saw in Opus 5.5.
Why care? A 30 second launch video used to mean hiring a motion designer. Now it's a prompt and a few edits.
Newbies guide
So what's a skill? It's a folder of instructions Claude reads before a job. Think of it as a playbook for how to time an animation and how to export the file. Install one and Claude follows it every time.
How it works: open Claude Code and type something like "make a 20 second launch video for my course, in my brand colors." Claude writes the animation as a web page, then HyperFrames renders it to an MP4. Want a change? Say "slow down the second scene" and it renders again.
Motion or Claude Code? Motion is the easy button inside the Claude app, if you're on Team or Enterprise. Claude Code plus skills is the do-it-yourself route: more control, a bit more setup.
5 skills to start with (+ 1 bonus)
Picture a course creator opening a new cohort. In one afternoon, Claude can make the launch video, an animated chart of student results, a vertical Reel cut and a newsletter promo.
HyperFrames: the engine that turns Claude's code into MP4s. It needs Node.js 22 and FFmpeg.
Motion Graphics Skill Pack: 15 ready-made jobs, from launch films to a Reel exporter. Run brand-intake first so every video uses your colors.
Remotion skills: official skills for Remotion, a video tool built on code, with captions and map animations included.
Claude Motion Design: adds motion blur, cuts scenes to the beat of your music and levels the audio.
LottieFiles Motion Design: teaches Claude timing and easing before it animates, so things move like a designer touched them.
How to stand out
Everyone has the same templates now.
Your edge is what you feed in: your real numbers and one clear point per video. A slick animation of a vague idea still looks like a template.
The catch: skills run code on your computer. Scan unknown ones with NVIDIA's free SkillSpector first. And Claude Motion is still in beta, so expect some misfires.
Would you let Claude make your next video?
